CRM AI (example)
Lead qualification and follow-up suggestions use authenticated BFF routes. Your browser session supplies auth cookies; programmatic clients must send a bearer token and organization header consistent with other tenant APIs.
What you usually cannot do
- Open Platform admin (BelSuite staff only).
- Change organization billing or grant AI token balances unless an owner delegated that to you (depends on backend permissions for your role).
